With the pushTAN process, you can now easily conduct your banking transactions online: You receive the TAN for your online banking login conveniently via push notification on your smartphone or tablet. All you need is the "pushTAN My Portal" app. This app complements our "My Portal" online banking, both in the internet browser and via the "My Portal" app. The "pushTAN My Portal" app is available for Apple and Android devices.

The requirements: What do I need for pushTAN?
In order to use the pushTAN procedure, you must meet the following requirements:
- activated online banking
- Access to online banking in the internet browser or via the “My Portal” app on your smartphone or tablet
- “pushTan My Portal” app installed on your smartphone or tablet with the latest operating system
- stable internet connection (preferably WiFi)

Changing your smartphone and pushTAN: What you need to consider
The pushTAN procedure and the “pushTAN My Portal” app are always tied to a mobile device. If you change your smartphone or tablet, you must also reinstall the “pushTAN My Portal” app and reactivate the pushTAN connection.
To install the pushTAN app on a new device, please request a new activation letter from our Banking Services Team.
