As soon as you have received your new credit card, you can use it worldwide. You will need a PIN for transactions at terminals. You will receive this a few days later by separate post.

The e-Statement function will be discontinued from 1.7.2024. You can find more information here.

The range of services of the credit card

  • Mastercard ID Check: strong customer authentication for internet payments via mTAN or app
  • Contactless payment options available for all retailers with appropriate readers
  • Costs: 65 euros per year for the main card, 45 euros per year for additional cards
  • Transaction limit: Personal limit
  • Online account balance enquiries: Credit card account can be checked online at any time
  • Online statement request: Account statements can be retrieved, archived or printed from the 3rd working day of a month onwards
