Merger with Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG (HAL)

Subject to regulatory approval, on 15 June 2026 Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG will merge with its parent company ABN AMRO Bank N.V. All business activities of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG will be transferred to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Frankfurt Branch. All rights and obligations that apply to Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG will remain unchanged. This also applies to the services provided by Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG to its clients.
If you have a deposit with Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG, we would like to point out that these deposits will, as of 15 June 2026, be covered by the Dutch Deposit Guarantee. This means that your deposit with Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG will no longer be guaranteed by the German Deposit Guarantee, and the total amount of your deposits will be protected up to EUR 100,000 under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee.
If you are affected by this merger, you have the right, till three months after this notification, to transfer to another bank, free of charge, any eligible deposits that exceed EUR 100,000, including all accrued interest and profits. This also applies to term deposits.
